How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your Kunye account, please email support@kunyefinancial.com with the subject line "Delete My Account."

In your email, include the following details:

Your full name; and

The email address associated with your Kunye account; and

A brief confirmation that you would like your account and associated data deleted.
Our support team will process your request and notify you once your account has been deleted.
What Happens When You Request Account Deletion
When you request account deletion, we will:

Remove your personal data from our active systems.

Anonymize certain data used for statistical and analytical purposes.

Retain specific data for regulatory compliance as required by FINTRAC and other applicable laws.
Data Retention for Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Under Canadian regulations, including FINTRAC guidelines, we are required to retain certain data for at least five years. This data may include:

After the retention period ends, this data will be securely deleted.
