RULES FOR KUNYE FINANCIAL REFERRAL COMPETITION

 

01) DURATION, PLACE & PARTICIPATION:

 

This contest will run on the Kunye website via this page and will last a total of 39 days. It will be shared on Kunye's social media and via email. The contest will start on August 23, 2021, with an explanatory publication via email and on the Kunye website. The competition will end on October 1st, 2021 at 2 pm. 

 

One Entry Per Person.

To be considered, individuals must sign up for and participate in a Kunye Focus Group during the duration of the competition before11:59 p.m. on Thursday, September 30th, 2021.

 

If selected, a participant is required to claim their prize by submitting the Kunye Focus Group Prize Claim Form in order to receive it. To claim a prize, participants must complete the following mandatory fields: full name, email address and a simple skill test. The winners of the draw will be announced on Kunye’s social media accounts and in an email to Kunye’s mailing list, before September 20th, for the first prize and October 1st, 2021for the second prize.

 

02) PRIZES TO BE WON:

2 separate $50 Visa Prepaid Gift Cards (total value of $ 100)

 

03) DRAW:

 

The prize draw from among all valid entries received during the contest period will take place on September 9th and 30th 2021 between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. at the address of the organizer. 

The winner will be contacted by email within 14 days of the draw by Kunye Financial, Inc. From this date, they will have 30 days to claim and take possession of their prize by completing the Kunye Referral Program Prize Claim form. In the event that the customer is unable to pick up the prize in person due to distance, the prize will be delivered to his address, at his expense.

 

When a person is drawn to receive a prize, they will not be eligible to receive another prize.

 

04) GENERAL CONDITIONS:

 

4.1    The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

 

4.2    Entries are subject to verification by the contest organizer. Any fraudulent or incomplete registration will be automatically rejected and will not be eligible for a prize. The organizer reserves the right to reject any entry that is illegible, incomprehensible, mutilated, doubtful or involving human or mechanical error. The organizer assumes no responsibility for lost or forgotten entry forms. The decisions of the organizer in this regard and concerning any other aspect of the competition are final and without appeal.

 

4.3    The prices mentioned above must be accepted as they are and cannot in any case be transferred to another person. They cannot be totally or partially be substituted for other prizes. In the event that these prizes cannot be awarded for reasons beyond the control of Kunye Financial inc. and unrelated to the winners, Kunye Financial inc. undertakes to award prizes of the same nature and of equivalent or greater value or, at its discretion, the value of the prizes in cash.

 

4.4    By accepting their prize, the winner releases Kunye Financial Inc., its advertising and promotion agency, the partners linked to this promotion, their employees, officers and representatives, from all liability and any damage related to the acceptance. and the use of its price.

 

4.5    The contest organizers reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or completely suspend this contest at their sole discretion in the event that an individual, or any other event beyond their control, was to harm the administration. , security, impartiality, or even the smooth running of this contest, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.

 

4.6    All persons participating in this contest or winning a prize, authorize the contest organizers and their representatives to use, if required, their name, city of residence, photograph, voice, image and/or declaration for advertising purposes, and without any form of remuneration or other approval.

 

4.7    This contest is reserved for any person 18 years of age or over who is a resident of Canada (except Quebec) who has complied with all the conditions set out in these regulations, with the exception of employees, representatives of Kunye Financial inc., of its advertising agency and promotion, its partners, any stakeholder related to the competition, as well as the people with whom they are domiciled.

 

4.8    All other expenses not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the winners.

Subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information by the Contest Sponsor for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest. Contest Sponsor will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this Contest.

5. DISPUTES:

​

RESIDENTS OF CANADA, EXCLUDING QUEBEC:  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Contest Sponsors in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to conflicts of law principles.  All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario.

 

6. CONFLICTS/DISCREPANCIES:

 

In the event of any discrepancies between the English language Rules and the non-English language Rules, the English Rules shall prevail. In the event of a conflict between any Contest details contained in these Rules and any Contest details contained in Contest advertising materials (including, but not limited to, online, point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Contest as set forth in these Rules shall prevail.
